Our client is a leading independent long term investor, developer and manager of public infrastructure. As the business continues to evolve, they are seeking a highly personable and professional individual that can manage all Reception and Administrative tasks.
The Role
- Handle incoming calls, greet clients, and maintain a clean reception area.
- Coordinate bookings, direct clients, and arrange catering.
- Prepare beverages and liaise with external caterers.
- Manage mail, filing, and office supplies ordering.
- Assist with administrative tasks for the Office Manager and Executive Assistants.
- Coordinate domestic flights, hotels, and car hire.
- Handle monthly card and invoice reconciliations.
- Maintain office services and assist in improving administrative processes.
