Part of our reception/administration team, this is primarily a customer service role, responsible first and foremost for efficient and friendly service of all customers of Coffs Harbour Marina and developing great customer relationships.
This role is the first point of contact with customers, specifically responsible for greeting guests, including telephone, radio, e-mail and internet enquiries, marina berth reservations and greeting boats on the dock.
This role is also responsible for booking and processing marina reservations and being accountable for accuracy in managing these bookings. The role also requires the processing of invoices and cash reconciliations as well as debtor control.
Attention to detail is essential and experience with reservations and/or admin experience in a similar environment would be an advantage.
Fantastic customer service skills must be backed up with experience in and evidence of accuracy and accountability in the administration process for reservations, accounts or similar.
Knowledge of and experience with boats an advantage but not essential.

Coffs Harbour Marina is a 7-days a week business and some weekend work will apply to this role. The role will initially be on a casual basis but an opportunity to transition to something more permanent could materialise.
