To help support our work, we are seeking an energetic and positive ‘face’ to our business. As receptionist you will be the first point of contact for all incoming communication, but your role is so much more.
As well as providing PA assistance to the Managing Director, you are a member of the Administration and Operations Team, and have an important role to play supporting the implementation of business and operation. You also support other staff, as required. This position will have an important role in contributing to management of our website and social media presence.
About you:
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
- Associate degree in a business-related field; or 2-3 years of related experience
- Strong verbal & written communications skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Excel, and Word, with ability to learn new IT applications
- Understanding of website management and social media
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a team player
