Qualifications & Experience
Training will be provided so our focus will be on finding an applicant who is customer service driven, maintains a high level of attention to detail and who has an approachable and friendly attitude.
Tasks & Responsibilities
The successful applicant will be the first point of call for customers and will be based in our Kenmore office. The role is mainly administrative but a love of the general public will be a tremendous benefit.
Tasks will include:
- Directing incomming calls to correct departments
- Maintain Strip Lists for SALES and RENTALS
- Stationary and Consumable ordering
- Sign Board ordering and audits
- Processing new business agreements
- Processing Rental Applications
- Preparing Sales / Marketing Flyers
- Contract management
- Accounts
