Reception And Finance Support Officer

Gleeson College is excited to invite applications from suitably qualified professionals for the position of Reception and Finance Support Officer. Gleeson College is a Catholic coeducational, secondary college in the Northeast of Adelaide with an enrolment of approximately 930 students. Our school motto ‘With one heart’ says it all. The position Reception and Finance Support is of significance to the College community. This position requires a professional person to support Reception and to assist the Finance Team with accounts receivable, accounts payable and other finance related matters. The focus of this position must be to ensure that the customer, being student, parent, teacher, colleague, visitor, or the wider community, is completely satisfied with their Gleeson College experience. 

This position is part-time (0.88 FTE – working 37.5 hours per week for 42/48 weeks per year), and is initially offered as a contract until December 2025. 

The successful applicant will: 

• Provide a professional, polished and knowledgeable impression to all stakeholders of Gleeson College.
• Maintain professional communication with all students, parents, staff, the wider community and other visitors to the College.
• Undertake other receptionist and Finance administrative duties. 
• Assist with providing First Aid to students and staff as reasonably requested and required. 
• Demonstrate a willingness to support the ethos of our Catholic College in line with the Gleeson 10 and Gleeson Staff 5.
