An opportunity is available for a motivated and self-driven receptionist, with a pro-active attitude to join a busy commercial agency.
Our client is a well respected commercial agency, providing top level sales and property management to it's large client base.We are looking for an experienced receptionist to front a busy reception area. As their receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients valued customers, ensuring they receive a warm welcome and excellent service.
This is a great role for someone who loves interaction with people, from the friendly staff to clients, tradies, and everyone in between. With your knack for organisation and warm demeanor, you'll play a pivotal role in maintaining their positive work culture. Simultaneously, you'll provide valuable administrative support to the property management team.
THE ROLE:
- Front of house duties including meet and greet of clients, answering a busy phone line.
- Admin tasks supporting the property managers
- General upkeep of reception, kitchen and office
- Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm
- Experience in a similar reception role
- Agent Reps Certificate (preferred but not essential)
- A really high level of care and customer service
- Excellent communication and presentation
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Friendly and professional at all times
