Reception Manager Banya Bathhouse

The Banya Bathhouse Mullumbimby are on the hunt for an experienced and motivated Reception Manager for their busy Reception operation. This top-tier venue needs a top-tier professional who is ready to manage the Reception of the expertly designed, opulently dressed, European inspired Bathhouse.

• Initiative, strategic brilliance and the ability to ‘see’ the dynamic and diverse range of the Banya operation.
• Experience to hit the ground running
• Staff & Therapists rostering, recruitment and training experience
• Availability to work days, evenings and weekends 5 days per week 32-38 hours
• Experience with Fresha booking software or similar booking software

• Minimum of two years experience in a Supervisory or Management role
• Team leadership expertise, with proven ability to develop, lead and motivate a team 
• Customer service experience, used to exceeding the high expectations of patrons
• Customer relations & conflict resolution expertise
• Critically you are a problem preventer not a problem solver who's able to foresee the multiple issues which inevitably arise in a busy Venue
• You're a genuine, friendly and welcoming individual with referees ready to back you up
