Due to company growth an exciting opportunity has arisen for a self-motivated and enthusiastic Receptionist Office Support to join our dynamic team. This position is permanent part-time employment (4 days). However, there is flexibility to tailor the working hours to suit the right candidate.
The Role
You will be required to provide reception and general support to the Commercial and Insolvency teams. Ideally you will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar position. Previous experience in a law firm will be highly regarded but not essential. The successful applicant will have a positive can-do attitude.
Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- attending to clients via telephone and in person
- making beverages for clients
- collecting mail and posting mail
- file opening, closing and billing
- photocopying, scanning and saving documents
- setting up Zoom/Teams conferences
- document preparation and formatting
- maintaining databases and registers
- issuing debtor statements and working to achieve timely payment of all debtor invoices
- outside clerical work (Landgate/OSR lodgements)
- general administration
- keeping the kitchen and Boardrooms tidy
Requirements
- be organised and able to work under pressure at times
- demonstrate a willingness to work within a team and autonomously
- be well presented and have a confident telephone manner
- have great attention to detail
- excellent communication and written skills
- be proficient in Microsoft Office
- knowledge of FilePro would be advantageous but not essential
