About the role:
An opportunity has opened up for a receptionist/administration position, within an established and successful energy company. We are looking for a candidate that is flexible, highly motivated and organized to assist with high level administrative tasks in this prestige and high-profile organization.
Key responsibilities will include:
The role is responsible for providing high level administrative support and exemplary customer service, assisting with reception, scheduling meetings, and organising calendars.
- Answering and accommodating customer requests in person and over the phone.
- Maintain and update databases and reports.
- Accurate correspondence, documentation and presentations are prepared as requested.
- Document preparation and seeking approvals
- Front desk/ switchboard management
- Ordering office stationery and staff amenities when required
- Liaise with facilities manager regarding any repairs required
- Daily ad-hoc duties
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who understands the importance of providing a superior customer experience. You will be friendly, organized, good with computers and have a strong ability to build rapport and proactively resolve queries whilst providing a high level of service to each customer.
The successful applicant will possess:
- High level administrative/reception experience - minimum two years
- Strong ability with document preparation, use of spreadsheets, email, and web browser.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong customer service skills in providing exceptional service to all those associated with the business.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Highly proficient with Microsoft office, Calendar, Outlook, Data entry (touch typing) and have strong administrative skills.
