Tasks & responsibilities
Key work areas:
- Attend to Inbound telephone calls and enquiries
- Attend to online enquiries including social media.
- book appointments
- Make outbound calls to potential B2B and B2C clients to close the sales
- Keep client relationship
- Assist to Meet Monthly sales KPI targets.
- Manage administration Work including but not limit to client data entry, agreement making and invoice sending.
- Manage general office support duties.
Qualifications & experience
- Good English verbal and written communication skills are a must
- At least 1 year customer relationship experience is essential
- Well groomed with excellent interpersonal skills
- Warm personality
- Willing and able to think out of box
- Have high standard of professional ethic and conduct
Special Skills
- Chinese Mandarin Speaker will be highly regarded
- Past Visa Related work experience will be highly regarded
- Experience in Book Keeping or Social Media Content Creating will be highly regarded
