This leading and award-winning Financial Planning firm in the Ipswich CBD is looking for a dynamic and dedicated full time Receptionist/Client Service to join our team.
This is not your average administration role and is often fast paced.
This is a full time position.
Your duties include:
- First point of contact with our firm, answering phones and welcoming clients
- Mail management, both electronic and postal
- Basic office operating and organisational duties, including beverage preparation for clients
- Use of industry specific financial planning software, training provided
- Manage client appointments & follow up client enquiries
To be suitable for this role a positive attitude is a must, being organised and excel at making clients feel welcome is essential. You'll be joining a dynamic and focused team dedicated to delivering spectacular service.
Suitable applicants must hold a current driver's license.
