About the Role:
- Keep front of house well presented
- Ensuring presentation is of the highest standard.
- Greeting clients on the phone and in person
- Responding to all enquiries.
- Receipting and banking of rent payments.
- Maintain stationery supplies
- Provide assistance to the Sales and Property Management departments
You will need to possess:
- Proficient in the use of all Microsoft Office applications
- Administration Skills, strong organisational skills with a commitment to customer focus and problem solving ability.
- A demonstrated ability to show initiative to work smarter, improving systems and processes.
- Self directed and ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Ability to prioritise workload. Interpersonal Skills
- Well developed interpersonal skills and strong communication skills both written and verbal.
- High integrity and a proven ability to maintain confidentiality.
