Key Responsibilities:
- Answering phone & taking messages as required
- Scheduling appointments
- Data entry into Xero
- General office administration duties such as filing and scanning
- Providing customer services
- Product Knowledge
Skills & Experience:
- Previous customer service experience
- An outgoing and motivated personality with excellent communication skills
- Professional phone manner
- Attention to detail
- Positive and can do attitude
- Strong rapport building skills
- Ability to adapt to new environments
