About the Role

Hillcrest Private Hospital is seeking a customer focused Medical Receptionist to join our supportive and dedicated Front Office team.  With an immediate start, this position is permanent part-time, initially 40hrs per fortnight with the opportunity to increase to full-time. Medical or Front Office experience is highly regarded, however not essential if you are efficient with a strong willingness to learn.

To succeed in this role, you will bring:

• A high level of communication skills both written and verbal along with excellent customer service skills.
• Well presented, courteous and empathetic nature;
• Professional phone manner and approach to work;
• High attention to detail & accurate data entry;
• High energy levels with a ‘can do attitude;
• Ability to work autonomously and harmoniously as part of a team.
