About the Position:

Maxiforce Recruit is offering a permanent full time opportunity for a Receptionist to join the team  at our Head Office in Edmonton (Cairns). 

Our hours are from 8am-4pm Monday- Friday. 

Main duties will include:

• Greet all visitors in a friendly, helpful, confident and courteous manner
• Providing outstanding Customer Service
• Managing incoming phone calls, redirecting as appropriate, booking appointments and forwarding messages
• Receiving deliveries, ordering stationery and consumables.
• Maintaining staff records
• Ensuring the reception and meeting areas are clean & well presented, safe & free of any hazards
• Attending meetings and take minutes as required
• Provide general administrative support to the Maxiforce team
