We are looking for the new face of MPA Skills, we're hoping you will be upbeat and friendly with professional presentation, a welcoming smile and a voice that will make the person on the other end of the phone want to smile when they hear it.
The role is varied and can become busy at times so as the successful candidate you must be able to multitask.
You will be required to answer and direct incoming calls, print training materials and class packs, process EFT payments, scan and digitally file completed coursework and assessments and other ad hoc administrative tasks.
As MPA Skills is committed to providing a friendly and positive work place, we are looking for someone who wants to be part of our team, is reliable and willing to learn.
You will need to have excellent communication skills and the ability to organise yourself and prioritise daily tasks.
We would love to hear from you if you have:
- Previous experience working in a Reception position
- Excellent organisational skills
- Good computer skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- A current drivers license (reliable vehicle)
