About the Company
This NSW Government agency is looking for a friendly receptionist to come in for a 3 month contract. This position is full time in the Sydney CBD office, 8:30am - 5:00pm, Monday to Friday. Great opportunity to gain Government experience!
About the role
- Welcome visitors, ensure compliance with administrative processes, and direct them to the appropriate staff.
- Handle telephone and walk-in inquiries professionally and direct them to the right person.
- Provide friendly and efficient reception services.
- Manage incoming correspondence and emails, organizing them in the records system.
- Respond to calls promptly, redirecting as needed for accurate information.
- Maintain and prepare meeting rooms as required.
- Ensure confidentiality and privacy compliance at all times.
About you
- Great verbal and written communication skills
- Previous experience handling telephone enquires
- Friendly and upbeat
- Able to work 8:30am-5:00pm, Monday to Friday, full time in the office
