All Skills College is looking for a Receptionist a couple of years of experience. The role of the All Skills College Receptionist is a first point of contact for all students and a support provider to the office team. This is a full-time role, with operating hours from Monday to Thursday, 10 AM to 6:30 PM, and Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Closed on Public Holidays.
Qualifications & experience
- A minimum of 2+ years experience in administrative and reception roles.
- Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite and IT systems ability. Understanding of MYOB is a bonus, however training will be provided, as well as Axcelerate
- Strong experience in a high volume intensive customer service environment.
- Experience within an RTO setting is desirable
Tasks & responsibilities
- Customer Service: deliver exceptional customer service, facilitate appointment setting and answer general inquiries
- Process payments, arranging payment plans, and handling enquiries
- Customer support and conflict resolution in a professional and dignified fashion
- Administrative Duties: General administration and computer usage
