AddressWe have an outstanding opportunity for an experienced receptionist to join a busy and growing accounting practice in Bundoora. You will be the face and voice of the business and also help with a variety of administrative tasks.

The role
- You will manage a busy reception area as well as answering all incoming calls in a polite and professional manner
- Diary management and ensuring meeting rooms are prepared
- Build rapport and relationships with our both our existing and new clients
- Assist with a variety of admin task working closely with our accountants
- Maintain up to date records on our IT systems and use MS office suite daily
What we are looking for
- Previous experience in a reception or front of house role is essential
- Great communications skills and the ability to build rapport with our clients
- Experienced in using various IT systems and in particular MS office suite
- Previous experience working for an accounting firm would be desirable but not essential
- Admin experience would be highly desirable
