We are currently offering a great opportunity for a driven full-time Receptionist and Sales Support member to join our team at Mount Gambier. If you have a strong and focused motivation to succeed in the real estate industry, with a high performing team, have social media and marketing skills, combined with exceptional attention to detail and ability to multitask and prioritise, this is the role you have been looking for.
About the role:
Reporting to the Manager the focus of your role will be to support the efficient and smooth operations for our busy office. As the first person that customers contact in our office, you will be responsible for providing a professional service to these customers both face to face and over the telephone. This is a varied role which will focus on providing our team with real estate sales support, and property management daily tasks including weekly advertising, banking, and associated administration duties.
About you:
To be successful, you will demonstrate a passion for real estate, a proven capacity to self-motivate, prioritise, and deliver work requirements in a fast-paced environment. You will have experience in a varied team administration role, professional phone manner, and excellent computer skills including Microsoft and Canva knowledge. Together with exceptional verbal and written communication skills, you will have the ability to adapt quickly to our internal software programs VaultRe and Property Tree and be a committed team member with a collaborative approach to your day.
