The Role
We're seeking an enthusiastic, personable, and highly organized individual to become an integral part of our team. As the welcoming presence at our podiatry clinic and retail store, you'll embody our commitment to exceptional customer service.

In the role of Receptionist, you'll serve as the linchpin of our operation, orchestrating the smooth functioning of our front desk and providing essential administrative support to our team. Your responsibilities will include managing schedules, overseeing daily operations, and cultivating a warm and inviting atmosphere for both clients and visitors alike.

Duties include, but not limited to:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, including greeting clients, answering calls, and assisting with inquiries..
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth clinic operations.
  • Assist with opening and closing procedures.
  • Utilize POS, Eftpos, and HICAPS systems for transactions.
  • Medicare and NDIS process'
  • Perform basic administrative tasks, including appointment scheduling and record-keeping.
  • Handle confidential medical information with discretion.
