As the first point of contact for our practice, you'll thrive on interacting with patients from various backgrounds.
Previous experience in reception or customer service is preferred.
Experience in Social Media and Website maintenance is desirable.
This role will grow with experience and you will have the opportunity to learn all aspects of the business
Key Responsibilities:
- First point of contact for greeting patients and handling telephone enquiries
- Managing patient appointments across two locations
- Scheduling and managing attendance of group appointments and classes
- Creating and managing marketing emails
- Maintaining the website
- Processing payments via HICAPS, settlement, and cash handling
- Preparing banking
- Stock Control
Essential Criteria:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skill
