About the Role
We are seeking immediately available talent to complete a temporary corporate reception contract!
This role acts as the face of the business and the main point of contact with internal and external customers and stakeholders. On a day-to-day basis the responsibilities include:
- First point of contact for customers face to face and over the phone
- Assist with managing email inboxes and responding to queries in a timely manner
- Accurate data entry and electronic file management
- Adhoc administration duties
About You
You will be a strong administrator who is available to commence in a temporary contract immediately. You will enjoy being a front-facing team member and someone who is excited to continue developing their professional skillset. Your communication skills and ability to multitask and prioritise will shine as you showcase an exceptional first-impression for anyone contacting the business.
