Npower WA is a successful and rapidly growing WA owned and operated small business that provides Electrical, Plumbing, Gas and Boiler services.
We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Receptionist, committed to delivering exceptional customer service. The role will report and work closely with the Managing Director.
The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for clients and managing a range of reception tasks included but not limited to:
- Welcoming all visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answering and directing customer enquiries promptly
- Ordering of office supplies and stock, ensuring cleanliness of all office work areas
- Supporting across range of administration functions and job co-ordination.
Essential Criteria:
- Ideally you will have previous experience in a reception or similar environment.
- Passion for providing exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers.
- Excellent phone manner and communication skills
- Willingness to work as part of a team and assist with various tasks as required.
- Basic experience in computer systems and Microsoft Office
- Show initiative and interest in array of reception and support tasks.
- Professional presentation
