Our professional dental support staff ensure you receive the highest standards of care; this is where you come in!With ongoing training and support provided, we would like to hear from passionate Receptionists interested in working on a permanent full-time basis. Your roster will be Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm (possible Saturdays when required). We are conveniently located on Canterbury Rd, close to public transport and plenty of off-street parking! The Heart of the Role: Meeting and greeting patients, providing a great first impression Booking and amending appointments, answering the phone, updating patient recordsSupporting the Practice Manager and clinical team with the smooth running of the practiceMaking patients aware of dental services and offersHandling paymentsAccessing sensitive information whilst maintaining patient confidentialityHigh-end patient care; building & maintaining relationships with all clients in a friendly & warm manner What you'll bring: Ability to keep calm and professional in a fast-paced environmentPrevious reception or customer service experience highly regarded but not essentialPersonable, positive, and enthusiastic with a great customer focusEfficient with Microsoft Word and OutlookStrong communication and organisation skills Benefits of joining Healthy Smiles Dental Group:Close to public transport and plenty of parking!
