AddressAfter more than 10 years, our amazing Receptionist is retiring! We now have a full-time position for a Receptionist in our busy office located in the City Centre of Karratha.

Skills and Experience:
- A great attitude, must be computer literate and have reception experience
- High level of customer service and excellent rapport building and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work within a team environment and autonomously
- Must have current Driver’s License
The Role:
- Operation of REST, Filesmart, Excel and Word programmes
- Answering the telephone and directing calls appropriately
- Taking messages as required
- Answering all reception enquiries and directing to appropriate department
- Electronic filing
- Photocopying
- Collection and delivery of mail
- Maintaining, ordering and stocking stationery supplies
- Receipting rent payments into the trust account
- Operation of electronic key delivery and ensure all outstanding keys are returned at the end of each day
- Updating Sales Board as required
- Keeping the reception area clean and tidy
- Maintenance and operation of Karratha Self Storage database
- Assisting the Business Operations Manager with accounts on a daily basis
