Overview
The Edith Cowan University (ECU) Health Services are located on the university campus’ at Joondalup and Mount Lawley.
These general practice clinics assist students, staff and the university community with their physical and psychosocial health care needs.
This position requires shifts on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, between the hours of 8.15am - 4.30pm
This position is under contract until 20th December 2024, with a strong possibility of extension.
We are closed on weekends and gazetted public holidays.
We are seeking an experienced part time Medical Receptionist at:
- Mount Lawley
- With occasional shifts at Joondalup
Our team of Medical Receptionists are responsible for:
- Screening and triage of patients
- Making and changing appointments
- Scanning and filing paperwork
- Faxing, post and emailing
- Patient billing, mix of private and bulk billed
- General administrative duties
- Best Practice experience would be an advantage

This part time, ongoing position attracts remuneration of $74,435 to $79,279 PA (PRO-RATA) HEW 4 plus 17% University superannuation contribution.
