Australian Outdoor Living have a casual position for a receptionist willing to be the face of our business as the first point of contact for our customers. 

Australian Outdoor Living has a vibrant team that is motivated to create an atmosphere of teamwork, open communication, positiveness, mutual respect, and support, with the overall aim to promote, support and grow our team and business.

The role:

• Meet and greet customers
• Manage incoming calls
• Event coordination
• Manage office mail
• Processing contracts
• Maintaining stationery and supply levels
• Supporting production teams
• Various general ad-hoc tasks
• Provide administrative support

About you:

• An ability to communicate effectively
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite programs.
• An ability to work with continually changing tasks and requirements 
• A positive upbeat attitude
• The ability to use initiative and work autonomously
• The desire to support and be part of a team that is driven to achieve customer satisfaction and results.
• Well presented
• At least 1 years’ experience in a similar role
• Available to work Saturday mornings
