Australian Outdoor Living have a casual position for a receptionist willing to be the face of our business as the first point of contact for our customers.

The role:
- Meet and greet customers
- Manage incoming calls
- Event coordination
- Manage office mail
- Processing contracts
- Maintaining stationery and supply levels
- Supporting production teams
- Various general ad-hoc tasks
- Provide administrative support
About you:
- An ability to communicate effectively
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite programs.
- An ability to work with continually changing tasks and requirements
- A positive upbeat attitude
- The ability to use initiative and work autonomously
- The desire to support and be part of a team that is driven to achieve customer satisfaction and results.
- Well presented
- At least 1 years’ experience in a similar role
- Available to work Saturday mornings
