The Role
We are seeking candidates for a front of house role as Receptionist / Office Administration Assistant at our Headquarters in Braeside.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining reception daily. This includes:
- Opening & closing reception
- Answering phone calls and transfer calls as necessary
- Taking and ensuring messages are passed on to the appropriate staff member in a timely manner
- Greet visitors and advise them of the sign in process
- Perform ad-hoc administration duties
- Manage the mail and couriers and distribute accordingly
- Dispatching deliveries (domestic & international)
- Maintain stock levels in the sample room
- Maintain the general tidiness of Reception desk and visitors’ area
- Maintain and order stationery and kitchen supplies
- Filing / Archiving
- Data entry
To be successful you will need:
- A genuine passion for reception
- Punctuality
- Excellent presentation and a bright and happy disposition
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal/written communications skills
- A hands-on, can-do attitude with strong attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and be proactive
- Well-developed administrative skills, including strong attention to detail, accuracy, and time management skills
- Understand the importance of exceptional customer service and will drive excellence in your role
- 1 - 2 yrs experience preferred
Employment Status and Hours
Full Time - working hours between 8:30am – 5:00pm
This role is based on-site in our Braeside office.
