The Role

We are seeking candidates for a front of house role as Receptionist / Office Administration Assistant at our Headquarters in Braeside.  

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining reception daily.  This includes:

• Opening & closing reception
• Answering phone calls and transfer calls as necessary
• Taking and ensuring messages are passed on to the appropriate staff member in a timely manner
• Greet visitors and advise them of the sign in process
• Perform ad-hoc administration duties
• Manage the mail and couriers and distribute accordingly
• Dispatching deliveries (domestic & international)
• Maintain stock levels in the sample room
• Maintain the general tidiness of Reception desk and visitors’ area
• Maintain and order stationery and kitchen supplies
• Filing / Archiving
• Data entry

To be successful you will need:

• A genuine passion for reception
• Punctuality
• Excellent presentation and a bright and happy disposition
• Excellent interpersonal and verbal/written communications skills
• A hands-on, can-do attitude with strong attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task and be proactive
• Well-developed administrative skills, including strong attention to detail, accuracy, and time management skills
• Understand the importance of exceptional customer service and will drive excellence in your role
• 1 - 2 yrs experience preferred

Employment Status and Hours

Full Time - working hours between 8:30am – 5:00pm 

This role is based on-site in our Braeside office.
