As one of SA’s largest Toyota dealerships, Peter Kittle Toyota, located in Para Hills West, our site also houses our Peter Kittle Collision Repair Centre, and car transportation service, Red Star Car Carriers.  We are the place to go for vehicle purchasing, parts, service, repairs, or transportation! 

Presently we have an opportunity for an enthusiastic, multi-skilled admin candidate to join us, performing all things Reception across our site whilst providing relief to our sales support team. 

Responsibilities include:

• greeting all guests/visitors
• managing a high-volume, multi-line phone system 
• page staff and/or distribute calls and messages accurately
• ensuring the presentation of the reception/guest area
• maintaining office consumables & supplies
• processing vehicle registrations
• quoting, booking and coordinating vehicle transport
• various admin tasks for our sales and fixed operations departments

To be successful you will possess:

• Experience in a reception role managing high volume calls and visitors 
• A professional telephone manner and presentation
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills 
• Strong administrative background/knowledge
• Organisational skills
• Sound computer skills – incl. proficiency in Outlook, Word & Excel 
• Automotive Industry experience – highly regarded
