About the Role: Due to growth, the North Coast Branch can offer a fantastic position for a Receptionist | Office Support Person. You will be supporting the recruitment consultants with all facets of Recruitment & Administration. 38hr week, Monday to Friday. Duties will include:Answering office phone, directing calls and taking accurate messagesAssisting consultants with the recruitment processChecking of applicant’s paperworkData EntryManage and maintain candidate availabilityReference Checking Updating staffOther recruitment administration as required Skills and Experience:Ability to work in a fast paced, time sensitive environment and under pressureStrong communication skillsAbility to work autonomously and as part of a teamIntermediate to Advanced experience of MS Office programsAble to prioritise work load and meet deadlinesCapable of multi-tasking within the busy environment Perks of the job:Celebrate your birthday (not at work – guilt free day off)Weekly pay scheduleFun, friendly and hard-working teamTraining and support providedWe take pride in offering flexibility.
