Cobram Toyota with its partnered site Yarrawonga Toyota is seeking an enthusiastic Office Allrounder on a casual basis, with Wednesday to Friday guaranteed and the opportunity to cover team members on leave or training.
This position involves providing comprehensive support to the Finance, Sales, and Service teams, coupled with the management of various administrative tasks while being fully supported by the accountant.

Your duties will include, but not be limited to:
- Greeting & checking in clients with bookings
- Answering and directing incoming calls
- Receipting customer payments
- Schedule & maintain service bookings via phone/online/email
- Providing general office administrative support to staff
- Registering vehicles for customers with VicRoads and Service NSW (Experience not necessary, we offer full training)
Skills and experience you will bring to the role:
- Desire for client satisfaction
- Strong computer skills
- High standard of presentation
- Team player but can also work autonomously
- Customer Service experience is required / automotive is very advantageous
- Attention to detail
