Bottrell Accountants, Tax Agents & Financial Planning are currently recruiting for a full-time Receptionist & Admin Assistant for our Maitland Office at 93 Lawes St, East Maitland.
We are recruiting for a Receptionist/Admin Assistant; this will be a learning & development role.
To be considered, you will be prepared to complete a Certificate in Admin, Bookkeeping, Accounting or Financial Planning.
Otherwise, you are currently enrolled, undertaking, or almost completed a certificate.

We are seeking the services of a receptionist to join our rapidly growing team, who will be the face of the business - Based In Maitland
The Role
- Answering and directing incoming calls on a busy switch
- Maintaining the reception area and office supplies
- Providing 5 Star customer service to all stakeholders, willing to go the extra mile to assist
- Administration Support, including data entry, filing and general office support
