Synergy Radiology is excited to announce the opening of our new clinic at Randwick. As we expand our network of community clinics we are looking for additional staff to support our growing network.

We are focused on providing the highest standard of diagnostic and interventional medical imaging services as well as meeting all expectations of accuracy, professionalism, convenience and patient care.

The Role
- Front desk customer service role.
- Registering patients, booking exams and processing payments.
- Provide general administrative support to other staff in the clinic.
- Point of contact for referring practitioners.
- Continuous growth and development.
Desirable candidates will:
- Have a reception, customer service or hospitality background.
- Previous medical/radiology experience will be an advantage, but not essential. Training will be provided to the right candidate.
- Have an engaging, welcoming, friendly and positive attitude.
- Have a willingness to learn new systems and processes.
- Work well within a team environment, but can also work independently.
- High attention to detail is a must!
Important Information:
Although it is a full time position, part time candidates are encouraged to apply. This role will also fit recent graduates, afterhours students or someone looking to change career path into the medical admin industry.
