A2Z Cars is seeking a Casual Receptionist to join our friendly team in our Mount Hawthorn office.
Hours:
Casual hourly rate working Mon - Fri (9 am - 5 pm) with the possibility to be Full-Time in the future for the right candidate.
The Role:
We are looking to employ a friendly and outgoing person who has a high level of customer service. Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Answering incoming calls and customer web enquiries
- Welcoming and attending to all customers
- Preparing paperwork and filing appropriately
- Maintaining office cleanliness, including the kitchen and appliances
- Other administrative duties when required / requested
The successful applicant will have the following relevant skills:
- Previous experience in a similar role required
- Computer Literate
- Excellent attention to detail
- Honesty and Integrity
- A strong sense of professional presentation
- Well organised with sound time management skills
- Valid Western Australian Driver’s licence (Preferred but not essential)
- National Police Clearance (Within 3 months validity)
Desirables but not essential:
- Previous experience working in the motor vehicle industry
- Social media savvy and efficient in using Canva
- Experience with payroll
