We are looking for an energetic, self-starter to join our team in the role of Office Receptionist/Administration Assistant. As one of the key people in our client services team, the successful candidate will be able to provide exceptional customer service, multitask and prioritize daily responsibilities.
Your Role:
- Answering phones, directing calls & taking messages
- Greeting clients at front reception
- Assist with leasing & admin tasks
- Filing
- Key handling and audits
- Stocking of stationary & office amenities
We Require:
- Team player with a positive and helpful attitude
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Pleasant phone manner & good presentation
- Willingness to learn and help our team as needed
Hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
