Working as a Receptionist at Quickway is exciting
Quickway has been delivering major infrastructure projects across NSW for the past 18 years. We specialise in Roads & Bridges, Concrete Structures, Tunnels, Rail, Communications, Electrical, Water and Traffic Management. We have been working directly for Transport NSW for the past 7 years, from remote areas to major urban projects.
About the Role:
We have a current opportunity for a Part time Receptionist to work in a job share arrangement with a current team member. Your day will be busy answering phones, greeting visitors and accepting deliveries including managing the meeting rooms, the kitchens, and the reception area for the business. You will also assist with event planning, catering, travel bookings and ordering of office supplies.
Ideally this role will be working Tuesday & Thursday from 8am to 5pm and Monday, Wednesday & Friday 7am to 9am
What you will bring:
- 1-2 years' experience in a similar role
- Proven ability to manage time effectively and take ownership of tasks
- Must have clear communication skills and be well presented
- intermediate knowledge of MS Office suite
- A positive and proactive attitude
