Currently seeking for an Admin / Receptionist to join their busy team for an 18-month casual temporary assignment.About the roleAs an Admin / Receptionist, you will undertake procedural, clerical, administrative support and operational tasks including some basic research and analysis activities. In addition, your key duties are as follows:
- Provide counter/reception support for the local office including customer enquiries in the self-help
- Manage the team shared email inbox, appointments and telephone enquiries.
- Coordinate appointments with the use of Agency office facilities and ensuring facilities are accessible for participants.
- Undertake research and investigation activities and preparing associated reports and correspondence.
- Undertake a range of data entry activities and ensure follow up is completed.
- Proven experience as an Administration Officer, Receptionist, or similar role
- Previous working in disability, healthcare, aged care or government is a must!
- High proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite products
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage various internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to handle tasks with competing deadlines and priorities.
- Strong problem-solving skills and high attention to detail
- Immediate start pending clearance
- Full-time hours, Monday to Friday
- Flexible working arrangement
- $37.36 per hour + super
