The Opportunity

We are currently in search for a Receptionist/Admin Support to join our established Adelaide City team.

Our support team is working closely across different business functions within the group. This provides a great career exposure and advancement opportunity. 

As a member of the support team, you represent the first impression of the company and is responsible for all facets of customer service and assist administrative matters.

You will be supported by our supportive team and equipped with leading industrial software and tools. 

Key Responsibilities

Sales and Marketing Support / Receptionist

  • Promptly attend to phone calls, email enquiries, and serve clients in a professional and friendly manner;
  • General administration duties including diary management, managing portals and registers, preparation of reports or documents, data entry, filing and documentation, etc;
  • General housekeeping – keep the reception, boardroom, and meeting areas professionally presented at all times, supply/inventory management, attend to office maintenances, etc;
  • Support day to day sales administration and advertising;
  • Assist management as required.

To be considered for this opportunity, you need to have:

  • 2 years relevant administrative work experience is essential, ideally in real estate industry;
  • Great customer service skills and experience;
  • Database management experience is desired;
  • Team player mindset and can be fast adaptive to change management;
  • Work effectively and efficiently – thorough, systems orientated with meticulous attention to detail;
  • Can demonstrate high competent skill of Microsoft Office365 and other industrial CRM software;
  • Good work ethics, supportive and able to work professionally and ethically in accordance with industry requirement, company values and standards;
  • Great communication skill – effective, articulative and constructive style.
