The Role:
We are looking to employ a genuine, dynamic person with a high work ethic. Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Switchboard – directing incoming calls, outgoing calls, page & scanning
- Welcoming and attending to customers
- Maintaining daily activity logs
- Processing daily banking
- Weekly orders for office supplies
- Maintaining kitchen and coffee machines
- Paperwork completion and scanning
- Data processing
- Other administrative duties when required
The successful applicant will have the following relevant skills:
- Excellent attention to detail
- A highly professional manner and work ethic
- Ability to use Microsoft Excel, Word & Outlook
- Well organised with sound time management skills
- Previous vehicle industry experience is desirable, but is not essential
- Responsibility and accountability with the capacity to work autonomously as well as within a team
- A positive, happy and enthusiastic approach
