Receptionist
Cosca Accountants (BNE) Pty Ltd is a highly regarded professional accounting firm based in Springwood, just south of Brisbane.
A part-time position exists for immediate start to join our team at the Springwood office.
The Position
We are looking for a receptionist to join our team on a part-time basis, working a 2.5 day week.
As frontline of the business, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, so you must have a happy and positive ‘can do’ attitude and professional appearance. You will also be able to demonstrate maturity and initiative, be confident in verbal and written communications, capable with computer skills and an aptitude to learn new things and solve problems while working with a professional team.
Reporting to the Office Manager, proactively assist the team to exceed their client's service expectations you will be responsible for managing the reception area, answering calls, greeting clients, managing diary appointments, and other reception duties associated with the role.
Key Responsibilities
- Answering and direct phone calls in a courteous and efficient manner
- Greet and assist clients and visitors in a friendly and professional way
- Manage diary appointments and bookings for staff and clients
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail collection and distribution
- Managing CRM’s, electronic data entry, maintain client online portal
- Maintain the reception area clean and tidy
- Support other staff members as required
- Understand the culture and goals of the organisation and the team
Requirements, Knowledge and Skills (Selection Criteria)
- 1 - 3 years' experience in reception or customer service role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications
- Confident, positive, well-spoken and have a professional manner
- Good organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
- Able work independently, be flexible and willing to take on the responsibilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks
- Ability to work to deadlines, continually improve and embrace change, staying connected with evolving world of technology
- Reliable, punctual and flexible
