We currently have an opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated person to join our team as a Receptionist on a full-time basis.
Working within our Finance & Administration Team, you will be trained and mentored by our passionate team committed to providing excellence in quality and service.
Job Description

Reporting directly to the Finance Manager, the key accountabilities will include:
Front office duties and presentation of administrative building and resources
Being the first point of contact for customers, growers, suppliers and other staff to the business
Processing of accounts payable invoices and preparing creditor payments
Supporting other departments with administrative tasks and data entry as required
Providing efficient and professional support to the senior management team as required
Desired Skills and Experience
The successful candidate will have the following qualifications and experience:
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel and Outlook
Proactive and professional attitude and superior time management
Experience with telephone systems
Friendly and presentable demeanour
Experience using EZY Wine would be beneficial, but not mandatory
Entry level to experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
