AddressBeaches Xray provides quality care with personal and friendly service to our referrers and patients.
With practices at Dee Why and Mona Vale, we are looking for a casual receptionist to join our team working up to 3 days per week regularly and up to 5 days from time to time as needed.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
- Meet and greet patients
- Scheduling patient appointments
- Answering incoming calls
- Provide information regarding procedures and preparations
- Invoicing and receipting patient accounts
- General office admin, petty cash, post office, banking, deliveries.
The successful candidate will have:
- A caring and compassionate manner
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task within a busy team environment
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
A 'can-do' attitude and customer service experience would be ideal.
