Due to an internal promotion Barossa Village is looking for a full time Corporate Services Officer (Receptionist) to join our Corporate Services team based in the beautiful Barossa Valley
Reporting to the General Manager Corporate Services, the role will be responsible for provision of a high standard of customer service and administrative support for the CEO, Corporate Services (Finance) Department and Executive Managers of Barossa Village. As the first point of contact for face to face, phone and email client enquiries you will maintain a busy switchboard, field internal and external queries and meet and greet clients.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing all face to face, telephone and email customer enquiries in and efficient and effective manner that meets the requirements of Barossa Villages Service Promise
- As requested, provide technically proficient documentation including but not limited to reports, presentations and minutes for the Board, CEO and Executive
- Responsible for the consolidation and distribution of the monthly Board pack
- Accurate management of client financial transactions
- Assist with data entry and admin support for accounting processes associated with bank reconciliation.
- Process and upload data in respect to Maintenance requests from Barossa Village clients and staff
- Preparation and distribution of internal and external mail.
- General Administration duties, and other miscellaneous tasks as required.
Essential Criteria:
- Advanced customer Service skills and behaviours
- Intermediate level of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Participate in the Annual Mandatory vaccination Program.
- Experience using EFTPOS (including end of day reconciliation), cash-handling and accurate data entry.
