As a Receptionist at our Norwest location, you will be at the heart of our patient care, ensuring each visit is a positive and seamless experience.

In this role, you won’t just be managing schedules and answering phones; you’ll be a vital part of our healthcare team, creating a welcoming atmosphere, assisting practitioners, and providing crucial support to our practice leaders. Your contributions will help us deliver high-quality healthcare and make a significant impact on the lives of our patients.   • Patient Support:
  • Greet and assist patients with a warm and professional demeanour.
  • Manage bookings and maintain the clinic calendar.
  • Enhance the patient experience by addressing inquiries and concerns.
  • Practitioner Support:
  • Handle patient requests and administrative tasks.
  • Assist with rescheduling appointments as needed.
  • Practice Leader Support:
  • Provide ad-hoc PA support.
  • Manage their calendar and schedule efficiently.
  • Clinic Support:
  • Manage outstanding invoices and ensure timely payments.
  • Set up meetings and take minutes.
  • Maintain the clinic’s team room and ensure it is well-stocked.
  • Maintain locations' stock and order as required
  • Track and collate data for reporting purposes.
