This pivotal role provides first point of contact for internal and external clients, so a high level of interpersonal communication skills and experience dealing with sensitive and confidential issues are essential. You’ll also provide the administration assistance to the wider Corporate Team.

- Role type: Full time, maximum term maternity relief position until June 2023
- Pay range: $60,373 to $64,158 a year based on experience, with salary sacrificing available
We are looking for a reliable, customer service driven, hard worker. In this job you'll play an integral role in the Corporate Team, you will need to:
- Provide a high standard of customer service, including being able to receive and respond to customer enquiries efficiently, accurately, compassionately and professionally
- Be skilled working with vulnerable people and have an understanding of trauma and disadvantage and their impacts on clients
- Have advanced computer skills, including in the use of Microsoft Office suite, databases and records management computer systems.
