What's it all about?
We are looking for an experienced Receptionist/Administration Clerk for our newest Branch in Adelaide opening early 2024.
We are looking for an enthusiastic administration professional to be the first point of contact for all incoming calls into the branch. In addition to this, they will be responsible for a range of administrative tasks.
You will be working at our Adelaide branch in Woodville and will be involved in all our critical office functions including accounts payable, accounts receivable as well as administration support. This is a role with lots of variety and you'll never be bored. We're looking for someone who is a forward thinker and able to work autonomously in a friendly and busy team environment.
What will you be doing?
- Working on Reception
- Accounts payable & receivable tasks
- Daily reconciliations of trading transactions
- Petty Cash Reconciliations.
- Banking
- Resolving queries relating to reconciliation issues
- Maintain internal records
- General office & Administration tasks
- Liaising with interstate head office
- Assisting the Sales Team
- Customer database maintenance
- HR administration.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Experience on a busy switchboard
- Solid experience with a variety of admin tasks
- Accounts Experience
- Cash draw and banking reconciliation
- Experience with MS office, Excel and Word
- Petty cash reconciliation and associated GST inclusions and exemptions
- Drivers’ licence and own reliable transport
- Pronto experience would be an advantage
