Form of work 12th April, 2024 Patterson Cheney Isuzu Trucks, Keysborough, is recruiting a front-of-house dealership receptionist and administrator. You will ensure the utmost professional care and prompt service by managing our switchboard and front desk reception area whilst supporting the administration team. You will act as the dealership ambassador, the face and voice of our brand. Key responsibilities: Meeting and greeting all visitors Answer incoming phone calls Maintain customer database Liaise with customers, suppliers and couriers, ensuring concise and timely communication. Maintaining and ordering stationery and other supplies as required Administration functions include purchasing, payouts, and invoice processing.
