About the Role:
- Providing a warm, efficient, and accurate reception service, including responding to email, phone and face-to-face enquiries.
- Responsible for key processes such as EFTPOS payments, cash management, room bookings, maintaining corporate spaces, ordering as required, mail processes and maintaining notice boards.
- Assisting the team with pre and post-event processes.
- Serving as a First Aid Officer and Fire Warden for the building (training provided if required).
- This role is part-time and offered as a nine-day fortnight (0.9 FTE).
- Remuneration: $50,573.24 to $54,548.27/annum (excl. Super) depending on experience.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in reception, concierge, or customer service.
- A relevant post-secondary qualification is desirable.
- Current First Aid Certification or the willingness to undertake training.
Experience and Knowledge:
- Strong software competence, including Microsoft and Google software and platforms.
- Experience in cashier transactions is desirable.
- Experience with coordinating event bookings is desirable.
Skills, Character, and Qualities:
- Demonstrated Christian character and involvement in a local evangelical church.
- Alignment of personal values, beliefs and practices with the mission, Staff Code, and Christian ethos of Morling College.
- Proven organisation and time management skills.
- Professional and warm written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to partner with various teams and organisations to achieve goals.
