Evaiya Spa located at the prestigious Meriton Ocean Suite Surfers Paradise, is searching for a part time or subcontractor Receptionist and Operations Assistant to join our team.
Position: Receptionist and Operations Assistant
Location: Meriton Ocean Suite Surfers Paradise Gold Coast
Availability: Must be available atleast Three full days within a seven-day period (Must be available weekends)
Weekly Hours: 15 - 38 hours shitf work (depends on visa status if needed)

Responsibilities:
• Greet and welcome guests with warmth and professionalism.
• Handle check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
• Manage phone inquiries and appointment bookings.
• Assist with spa operations, including set-up of treatments areas, food/drink/platter preparation, cleaning and restocking
• Maintain a neat and organized work area
Requirements:
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organizational abilities with a keen eye for detail.
• Flexibility to work weekends and have availability of minimum three days each week.
• Well-presented appearance that aligns with the spa's luxurious atmosphere.
• Prior experience in customer service roles is a plus. Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment is desirable.
• Passion for contributing to a relaxing and rejuvenating environment.
